The Reproductive Medicine Center of the Third Peking Medical College is the birthplace of the first test tube baby in Chinese Mainland, and the reproductive health research center with the largest scale of diagnosis and treatment and the most comprehensive technology in the world. It is one of the first clinical training bases for reproductive medicine in China, which has given birth to the first and second cases of in vitro fertilization in mainland China, the first case of egg donation in vitro fertilization, the first case of frozen thawed embryo in vitro fertilization, the second case in the world, and the first "three frozen" in vitro fertilization in China. The world's first MALBAC baby was born after completing the triple diagnosis of single gene testing, chromosome identification, and linkage analysis.
